Dragonic

Dragonics are the currently the largest centaur type found in the isle, competing for that title with the Ursines. But compared to the heavy built Ursines, Dragonics are leaner with more elongated bodies. Unlike all other current centaur types, Dragonics don't have a fullbody fur coat covering their bodies. Instead they have thick, scaly skin. The durability of Dragonic skin is unmatched, and it takes a lot to leave a scar on their body. Even to parts where the skin is thinnest, like their faces. Sometimes there are Dragonic children born with fur, but there's a risk these children are disfavored within the community. 
Dragonic's typically muscular bodies are protected by rows of extra thick scale plates. Dragonics tend to take great pride on the shine and condition of these sca´les. Just like their claws, horns and spikes, the condition, sizes and shine of the plates are treated like boost to personal value.

Dragonics are a proud group of centaurs. They have lived in isolation for long, which have made them vary and distrusting of outsiders. While they are tight-knit as a type group, Dragonics prefer an individualistic lifestyle. Large groups are rare, and Dragonics prefer their neighbors out of sight. Gatherings of Dragonics are few, but when they happen, they are filled with rituals, traditional honors for those of higher status, and the creation of new relationships. Hierarchy is still held in high importance within Dragonic culture, and there is no greater evil than disrespect.
