Cape is a marking that affects centaurs whole upper torso, coloring it completely with one solid color. It allows the upper torso to be independently colored without genotypes basecolor restrictions

Marking rules

  • Cape is always a solid coloration, and affects whole upper torso. It can't be cut to resemble t-shirt cut or crop-top style. It's an uniform marking from head all the way to the end of marking range
  • Cape isn't directly skin color, even if it's colored with skin tones. Cape's colors cannot add skin nuances anywhere else on the centaur.
  • Cape can use basecolor sliders of any rarity or temperature, or natural color slider. They cannot use mutation or marking specific color sliders, unless they have the gene or mutation. For example, a centaur with Aurora can use aurora slider for Cape color as well.

Marking edges

Capes only visible edge is where upper torso meets the lower torso, unless that area is covered by other markings. This edge can feature edge types above.

This is a solid marking, which can't have holes inside it, and doesn't allow complex edges
